I specialize in ADHD, Trauma, Codependency and Attachment wounds. I enjoy providing therapy for other therapists as well as supervision for LPCCs. I've been practicing therapy for 13 years in a number of settings with a wide range of demographics and mental health issues. I'm not a coddler, but I'm not cold. I'm straight up, but loaded with empathy and compassion. I try not to take myself too seriously and use humor when appropriate. I'm a flawed human like anyone else and will keep it as real as possible. I love what I do and I can help!
